METHODS OF PAYMENT SETTLING YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE INSUREDPalm Beach Hospital is in contact with most local and international insurance companies and their correspondents:- Local: AAR, The Heritage A.I.I., Martona and Marajani insurance companies. International: Mondial Assistance, Medicall, ADAC, Elvia Assistance, Europe Assistance, Mercur Assistance, Inter-partner Assistance and SOS International. |
Once you hand over your insurance papers to our administration office, they will do the rest. You may however need to pay policy excess (if applicable) and any extras. You may however pay by cash, (Kenya Shillings or the equivalent in any major foreign currency) Visa, Master or Travelers’ Cheques. Whilst all efforts are made to present a full and final account at the time of your departure, there may be occasions when the final bill is not ready at departure time and you may have to come back at an agreed date to settle the bill. You will get a detailed invoice with a receipt and a medical report that you can use to get reimbursement. |

Your room will be cleaned daily, fresh bed sheets and towels supplied regularly. The hospital provides all clothes and linen for the patients. Personal clothes can also be washed and dry-cleaned at a cost. |
